Beach ultimate puts a unique spin on the the traditional grass game. This 4-on-4 or 5-on-5 variation is played on a smaller field and emphasizes fun while maintaining a competitive feel. Popular in coastal locations and on lakeside beaches, beach ultimate appeals to all players – young or old, beginner or expert, recreational or competitive – and is a great conduit for new players to experience the sport in a beautiful, natural environment where laying out for a disc is more forgiving. You must be at least 40 years old for men or 37 years old for women, non-binary, or players who prefer to self-report their gender identity on December 31, 2024 to register for this event. This is a USA Ultimate (USAU) sanctioned event which requires a current adult $69 annual USAU membership. The bid fee (per player) is $80. You will be responsible for travel, meals, photographs, and lodging (as applicable). The roster became locked on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 6:00 PM. The maximum size of a team's event roster is 20 players.
